BTCPressWire – Refund Policy for Paid Press-Release Distribution

BTCPressWire offers paid press-release distribution services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. General Rule

All purchases are considered final once a press release is submitted and processing has begun. Due to editorial, operational, and syndication costs, BTCPressWire does not issue refunds after approval or publication.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

2.1 Duplicate Payment

A full refund is issued if a user unintentionally makes duplicate or multiple payments.

2.2 Submission Error Before Processing

If a customer requests cancellation before editorial review begins, BTCPressWire may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion.

2.3 Service Failure

If BTCPressWire fails to publish a press release due to an internal error and cannot provide the purchased service, a full refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Content rejected due to guideline violations
  • Customer dissatisfaction with editorial adjustments
  • Changes requested after publication
  • Negative market response to content
  • Syndication delays caused by third parties
  • Content removed due to legal complaints, DMCA notices, or regulatory issues

4. Processing Time

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
